WELCOMING YOU HOME
The Cass City Summer Home Club was established in 1894 as a non-profit corporation in Caseville, Michigan. The Cass City Summer Home Club is a Michigan Summer Resort and Park Association created under Act 230 of the State of Michigan Publics Acts of 1897 and revised through Act 117 of 1982. The Club is comprised of Shareholders/members from all walks of life and is governed by the regulations and bylaws enacted by the CCSHC voting members. Together we share a beautiful lake front property.
Lake Front
The property faces West which allows for amazing sunset views. We have access to our own beachfront which is maintained with Club owned equipment and volunteers who help maintain the property and the quality of the beach. The Club also has available for the use of members a canal and channel which allow for boat docks, docking and easy access into the Lake all within 100 feet of your cottage or dwelling.
Community
With 37 cottages or dwellings in the Club and set on 49 acres, we have a large community that is multi-generational. In the CCSHC you will make lifelong friends and have many family memories.
Privacy
Set on the south side of the City of Caseville, we are removed from the hustle and bustle of this busy summer destination, yet we are close enough so that you can walk or bike to most of the city locations.
